See www.midwestenduros.com for up-to-date information about ALL the enduros in the the midwest. Thanks to Ryan Moss for a great resource.
The Madison Motorcycle Club also used to hold the Bucky Badger Enduro annually. That popular event is now gone, as are many others. Land closure issues are making it very, very difficult to plan and run an enduro. We encourage ALL enduro riders to be active in a club and to help keep our great sport alive.

"LITTLE RUFF"
Family Enduro/Trail Ride:
Pearson, WI
Saturday - May 17th - 2008
Location: Same as enduro, see above.
This ride is designed primarily as a way to allow parents and kids to ride together in an enduro-type environment. 2007 was our first attempt at putting together a kids-oriented ride. We had kids from 6 to 15 years old, and all the kids and parents were happy with the ride, but we're still learning, and hope to continue to "raise the bar"!
Pictures from last year's Little Ruff are HERE.
You don't need to know anything about enduro timekeeping or need timekeeping equipment just to ride it - but if you want to learn more about how an enduro works, we will help you out! We will provide an enduro-style route sheet; if you want to keep time you will need at least a digital watch to use with the route sheet and corner markers, and an odometer is very helpful.
The course will be a 10 mile loop which will be run twice (the 50/65cc class will be scored on one loop, but are welcome to ride another if they want to). It is a mix of 2-track and true enduro trail. We will try to make the course ridable even for a kid on a 50, but some help from Dad (or Mom) will be required along the way for the little riders, since we also need to make the route challenging enough for the older kids. Adult riders are certainly welcome to ride it solo - but this is NOT a "show everybody how fast I am" ride, nor is it a "pre-ride the enduro" ride! Our main goal is that everyone rides safe and has FUN.
Sign-up: Starts 90 minutes before event.
Start time: 1 p.m. Saturday, May 17.
Classes: 50/65cc, 80/85cc, 86cc and up.
Entry fee: $10/kid - parent can ride along for free.
