MMC Road Rides
The Madison Motorcycle Club event schedule for 2010 will include:
January 1, (every year):
New Year's Day Ride: This is the MMC signature event, a poker run with a long history filled with colorful stories. The whims of Mother Nature always make this ride interesting; sometimes "great day for a ride" interesting, and sometimes "I can't believe I'm out here" interesting. Either way, there is big fun to be had.

June 5, 2010:
Run To The Races: A road poker run which runs from Madison up to the AMA Superbike races at the Road America racetrack near Elkhart Lake. This event is on the Saturday of first full weekend in June. It's a fun way to go up and enjoy Wisconsin's world class road race venue with some fellow riders. You can ride at your own pace - fast or not -as you follow the route.
We will meet at Vetesnik's Mad City Powersports at 8am to sign up and draw your first cards. You will be provided a route sheet with the turns/mileages listed so you can ride the route and get to the next checkpoint, where you will draw another card. Then you'll continue on the route to Road America to draw your final card for the ride trophies.
The Club will provide food and beverages once you're inside the track, but your admission to the track is not included - you can purchase a ticket at the gate for Saturday or for both days.
